Castle Lawyers was established by Cecilia Castle in 1992, and the practice continues to thrive to this day.
Castle Lawyers accept instructions in a wide range of jurisdictions, including commercial law, family law, conveyancing and property transfers, wills, probates, and various aspects of Elder law.

Cecilia Castle BA, DipEd, LLB, Notary Public, Accredited Specialist Family Law
Cecilia Castle was admitted as a lawyer in 1988 after a successful seven year teaching career. Since joining the legal profession, Cecilia has developed an interest in adult legal education, and is a regular guest speaker on a range of legal topics at community legal seminars. She practised exclusively in Family Law during the early years of her legal career, and is also an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. In 1992, Cecilia established her own general practice.
Cecilia is fluent in spoken and written Spanish. As a Notary Public, Cecilia accepts instructions in relation to the notarization of international documents.
Victor Macko BS, JD (Senior Associate)
Victor Macko is our meticulous commercial lawyer, and practices in the areas of property transfers, small business, wills and estates, and elder law. He has degrees in Science and Law, with a prior professional background in maths and computer science. Victor is highly experienced and dedicated to his areas of expertise, and recognised as an efficient, goal-focused practitioner.
