About Us
Castle Lawyers was established by Cecilia Castle at Asquith in 1992, where the practice has operated for 20 years.
Castle Lawyers is a family practice, and Cecilia works in association with lawyer Gary Castle and their daughter Nicole, the newest lawyer in the practice. Castle Lawyers accept instructions in a wide range of jurisdictions, including commercial law, family law, conveyancing and property transfers, litigation, criminal law, employment law, wills, probates, and various aspects of Elder law.
Our Lawyers
Cecilia Castle BA, DipEd, LLB, Notary Public
Cecilia Castle was admitted as a lawyer in 1988 after a successful seven year teaching career. Since joining the legal profession, Cecilia has developed an interest in adult legal education, and is a regular guest speaker on a range of legal topics at community legal seminars.
Gary Castle LLB
Gary Castle started his legal career in London at the age of 17, where his natural ability and love of the law was soon rewarded with a legal cadetship within his firm. Gary migrated to Australia in his twenties, and was admitted here as a lawyer in 1987. Gary has extensive experience in most jurisdictions, and prides himself as a "heavyweight" litigation lawyer. He acts as senior consultant to Cecilia and Nicole.
Nicole Castle LLB
Nicole has recently graduated as a lawyer following in her parents' footsteps. Immersed in the law since the cradle, Nicole now works with Gary and Cecilia as the newest lawyer in the practice. Nicole is enthusiastically focused on her legal career, highly motivated to gain sound experience in all jurisdictions.
